@Pepperdog12 First off bud GE and Whirlpool use a totally diffrent design from each other, so NO, they are not all the same. Second, the new Whirlpool belt drives are MUCH, much more simple than the old direct drives. With the new design you don't have a tranny to worry about, much less break bands that ware out, or a clutch that needs to be replaced. Or how about the stupid drive coupler that goes every 5 years. Yea I rather go with the new belt drives as they much more mantance free.
@jmc6000 look here maam, ge is a deferant design yes, I never said it wasnt, it just sucks worse than kenmore, and hey bucho, yes the new kenmore is junk too! almost you tipical shit ge.
now go open a can of shut the ____ up already and get lost pedro!.

@Pepperdog12 Frist off you come on my video and talk about how bad GE is. I can understand that and GE does have there issues, but then you go and dog the Whrilpool design, thats OK too, it is not for everybody. Now you tell to get lost on my own video, not cool bud, not cool. I am sure you don't even know who to fix a washer let alone describe how one works.
If the whirlpool is tearing up your clothes, it means that you can only possibly be wearing lace. There is a reason why there is a gentle and hand wash cycle on most washers. When you have six pairs of dirty jeans, try throwing them in one of these 'swish' machines.
The spin is great in this. I have a new Speed Queen top load build in Wisconsin that does the slow agitation and a 740 rpm spin ramp-up with a solid steel smooth transmission rather than a circut board and warranteed for 3 years parts and labor. Now, this circuit board mounted on a vibrating motor, I suspect these computer chips on the hot shaking motors may have a high fail rate in the field...don't know for sure but it seems possible. Anyone know?

The HE hydrowave washer some people say it tangle clothes. Does this one tangles your clothes?
TheToploaderwasher 1 year ago
@TheToploaderwasher At times yes, but it really depends on the load. Bulky load tend to be more tangled than lighter ones.
jmc6000 1 year ago
Your explanation is exactly right. Much better than the Shredpool design which does tear up your clothes.

@TennesseeArt Yes, the early ones are prone to go, but the newer ones it seems that GE worked out the bugs.

I love it!
Is there some solenoid on the drive?
bestcleaningwasher 2 years ago
Yes, GE calls it a mode shifter. When it is engaged the main shaft only moves the agitator. When it disengages the drum moves with agitator for spin.
jmc6000 2 years ago
@bestcleaningwasher essa agitaçao e bem diferente
