@hanylund why did 1 girl only have to die? cos he wanted it that way i guess. no clue. Diana (teenage) was killed. All the things that happened in the future was what she had imagined her future would be like.. Emma was the daughter that she had aborted.

i liked this movie but it left me very confused at the end i had to watch it several times to understand it but once i figured it out i found it very clever and i really liked it

i saw this movie.. but did not understand if the grownup woman was a flash forward or the teenage Diana was a flashback.. who died? and does the child have anything to do with trauma's? or is that just the child.. being like her mother was in highschool?

You'll actually find a lot of gems like this movie go direct to video just because a lot of independent studios like that type of distribution.

i adored this movie! i think the trailer makes the movie look bad actually. it misses out the main part of the plot where the boy shoots everyone at their school. this is an amazing film, im buying the dvd.

the whole movie is basically about Diana imagining her life if she had been the one to survive in the bathroom.

in those few seconds that her life is "flashing before her eyes" she realizes her life is not worth living if she has to live with that horrible memory.

SPOILER:

at the end she says "shoot me." sacrificing her life for her friend.

so all in all, the movie is her 'imagining' what her life would have been like if she lived, not really what her life turned out to be.

I saw the movie, it's beautiful...

but i can't understand , at the end who really survived ? Diana or Maureen ?

because in the plot they said "on the 15th anniversary of a tragic high school shooting that took the life of her best friend." they meant "Maureen" who died!

but at the end of the movie , they showed that Diana the one who died!!
