What's pissing me off is that those questions (arguments from personal incredulity) could be answered very easily- the last one in particular. Give me a graduated scale of black to white, some velcro backed pictures of a south African, an Egyptian, a portugese man, and an Englishman. Write 'melanin content' on the board and we can have a 10min discussion about dilution/reduction and biologial necessity. Let's see if it won't all fall into place.

That was frightening.The teacher was quite ready to challenge evolution with the unsupported assertions of religion. How much time do you suppose was spent on challenging religious ideas? It looked like some of those kids were LITERALLY INCAPABLE of considering that their religious ideans might be wrong.

@BeginWithDoubt Tell the kids they don't have to belief in evolution, but they have to understand it's principles to pass his course. That does away with him having to have those kinds of discussions in his class room.
And yes, they will be the next generation of science illiterates.

how does he measure equal time for both views ?
There is nothing to creationism that cannot be explained in 5 minutes, so what is this equal time suppesed to be ?
After every phrase that he reads about evolution, he states creationism doesn't agree, now lets open the bible and bow down and ask our lord to forgive us for being exposed to such profanity, now lets move to chapter two.

How exactly can you teach biology and not have at least an understanding that evolution is the cornerstone of biology? But he doesn't seem to have a problem keeping students dumb.
