I was 13 when this movie came out! I remember taping this movie on NBC during the holidays while they would run National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation into the ground while a year or two later seeing a copy of the David Copperfield movie in the video bargain bin at a Kmart.

Wow... I haven't seen this since it first aired... I believe it was on or around Dec. 20, 1993 (on the Charleston, SC NBC affiliate WTAT, if I remember correctly). I was just 8 years old at the time. I still remember it pretty well, though.

I also remember that it was followed by a Christmas variety show special with lots of costumed singers.
