The eagles took over a seemingly abandoned black stork nest. Perhaps this is their first year as parents? They are much smaller than Bald Eagles, as you can see in the banding video (there's a clip in this farewell video).

This is a beautiful overview of the season, from conception to fledging. Exceptionally well done, and it leaves you a bit tearful at saying farewell. We wish Tomi a long and happy life.

What a FANTASTIC video, BeautifulEagles!!! I loved watching (and listening) to Tormi and his family. The sweet sounds they made were very soothing to me. I will miss them, but feel happy that he grew to be such a beautiful eaglet. I send him prayers of good health and an abundance of food sources. Thank you for creating this wonderful remembrance video.

I have teary eyes watching this, Tormi was my favorite eaglet..... a sweet, wonderful mama's boy, the pride of his parents.... oh, man, I cannot stop crying, I love him....that's life, doesn't it, anyway I feel sad and happy for him....

MAY you, TORMI have a long, happy life, may you help bring many more spotted eagles into this beautiful planet, may your heart , your life be blessed, little TORMI. I love you
