I don't think she's stupid. I do think she gravely mishandled her 2008 campaign. Clearly she was a Republican being interviewed by news media that had a liberal bias, and she was completely and utterly unprepared. As a candidate for the position of Vice President, it's inexcusable.

Who will be laughing when this legislation passes? We will - those of us who didn't buy into his b/s. And when it does pass in whatever form it takes, you will learn from this huge mistake. What really needs to be done is reform the laws that enable people to bring lawsuits that aren't justifiable. Make the lawyers and those that file these cases, and the plaintiff who file frivolous suits financially responsible. That would lessen the burden on the insurance companies and the doctors.
