@ohnoyoudidntx I just wanted to note if we aloud our younger girls to compete, they could have down well against China. ALL counties have GREAT younger gymnasts. IF China had girls that were not of age and all the other countries followed the rules, then that would not be far for everyone else. That is the POINT!

America didn't win not only because of Alicia Sacramone's falls. Overall the Chinese start values were higher than America's. Even though the Chinese did great, the ages of some gymnasts have been proven to be below 16. That is illegal. So with that taken into account, America would have won gold if the Chinese went by the rule book.
