I work with a Philippino immigrant, his wife is also from the Philippines but his daughter doesn't speak Tagalog, English is her first and only language and her parents are proud of it. Russel Peters is another good example, his parents are Indian but he is now a famous Canadian comedian. Your problem is with race, you want Canada to be white for your comfort.
The fact still remains that white people don't breed enough to sustain our population so your dream of a white only Canada is not only racist but impossible and undesirable. Your attitude towards immigrants also tells me that you don't personally know any immigrants because I know a lot of them and they all want to be Canadian or else they wouldn't come here. The Liberal plan is to cut personal income tax, corporate tax, small business tax, and instead tax pollution.
Tax cuts stimulate the economy, while providing social services and reducing GHGs (which half you right-wing nuts don't believe in.)
Harper's tax cuts just make the rich, richer, and put Canada into a deficit, and cut social programs.
