I am a bit confused about high intensity workouts. You mentioned that 3 to 4 sprinting sessions a week is too much, but you go on to say you are a fan of HIIT 3 times a week on top of 3 to 4 weight liftings sessions. It seems to me that the 3 to 4 sprinting sessions are more moderate compared tha the HIIT and weights combination. I'm I missing something? Also, how do you incorporate all this intense workouts in a ketogenic diet framework? Thanks for the great videos!
@nestortr08 Sorry, there's a difference with HIT cardio vs HIT weight training. Hope that clears it up. I wouldn't use a keot diet unless you're a few weeks away from a contest/shoot or have neuro issues.
Do I need to lower my carbs? I seen a R.D. and she recommended me having 30 carbs at breakfast, lunch, and dinner and no more than two snack a day and under 15 carbs. I have Metabolic Syndrome as well and pre-diabetes. I just want to make sure I am doing THE RIGHT thing to reverse this. Can you please share your insights?

I have insulin resistance/pre-diabetes. I have a big toe joint issue that eliminates most types of intense cardio(no running, jumping rope, pushing sled). What type of intense cardio do u suggest. I have a bicycle.
nice,thanks 4 the tips,,,may i give you some tips too!you can use some editing programm like sony vegas or after effect and present the board digital...it may take you some time at the beginning but when you learn the programms you could present your videos real fast and improve your quality
can you do a video about what to do when your about 10-12 % bodyfat and you cut out all your complex carbs and all you eat is protein fats and veggies and you still not losing weight .what do you do a that point to lose weight if thats not working.
