I believe kids should be banned from any strikes to the head. For someone to get KO'ed at a age when the brain has yet to mature is wrong. THats my only negative. This sport is beautiful. Also great karma, the one kid tried to so repect and sportsmanship by touching gloves twice in the match and other kid tried to strike both times. He was the one to get KO'ed.

I have also been to bangla boxing stadium and i must say their fighting style is very diffrent compared to the "muay thai" that they teach you in the western countries. There is such a diffrent fighting spirit in the fighters. I really would like to go train a few weeks the real muay thai and then go back to the muay thai at home. just to experience the diffrence.

The dance before the fight is called Wai Kru.Its done nowdays to show respect to the crowd your kru(teacher) stretch you mushles and intimidate your opponent. Also thais do this dance to show the 4 points of budha teachings (N,S,E,W). The fighter can dance all the time he wants and none can interupt him.I've seen in thailand a fighter performing wai kru for about 10-15 minutes and the crowed went crazy. it was amazing. Muay thai rules... Train and you will see !!!
