  • @TheYouwontgetit How much do you weigh? And double your bodyweight is impressive in my book if you are lean (sub %10), not on gear (or EVER have been) and not a powerlifter. add all those factors together and most people will never bench twice their bodyweight.

  • @rocaflip101 yeah, his spotter is helping him but thats because this is a 5x5 plan which means each set has to be brutal... so its not out of the norm to need a spot for each set if you're doing 5 sets of the heaviest weight you can lift.

    Big Plates = 4 x 20kg = 80kg

    Small plates = 2x15kg.

    In England we do maths as well as weight lifting, I make that 286pounds, not 295.
