@iamjd32 depends on what you want to do. 5x5 is more explosive and 8 repeats is for mass gain. well that wath i've been told. I did 8 repeats for mass and now i'm doing a strenght program in wich i only do 4 repeats but with much more weight.

Big Plates = 4 x 20kg = 80kg
Small plates = 2x15kg.
In England we do maths as well as weight lifting, I make that 286pounds, not 295.
Looks like his 1st set not his 5th. Good on him for benching that much though, but poor form
