@wtfronsson I'm just saying you cannot gather from one video that he gets a kick out of pain compliance. I don't even see that he did anything. He puts on the cuffs, doesn't raise the guys arms up (which would cause a shoulder injury, not a broken arm), and the guy just basically falls down. They aren't even rough with him when he's on the ground. It's obvious to me that he's trying to make them mad with all his verbal abuse at the cops, and when that fails tries the police brutality routine.
