They NEED to remake this for the 3DS, yeah I'm aware they're making another SSB for Wii and DS but this is too much of a classic to be left behind without a remake or some sort. Add online, updated graphics, maybe even leaderboards and you got yourself a perfect remake. They did it for StarFox 64 & Zelda OoT, they gotta do it for this, do it for the fans!

it was a crucial fact, the 3ds and wii U are an entire generation after the wii and ds.

it wouldn't make sense for them to make another smash bros on the wii, and the regular ds couldn't support a smash bros. it would like saying melee was on the n64, which it wasn't.

@InternetSenation Nah, SSB isn´t really the kind of game fpr a remake. If you can only play 8 or so characters, it´s too low and kind of boring. If there are too many changes and new modis, it´s just a complete new game. So let´s just wait for the new SSB for WiiU and 3DS and enjoy the old SSB on N64/VC! :D
