I think you've created a natural & flawless look that any teenage girl would be proud to show off on her MySpace page. Her skin looks beautiful, and without the use of real make-up, so surely that has to be a good thing yeah?

The freckles could always be left on if that was preferred.

The same 'flawless' effect can also be created by using the 'Blur' tool on quite a high strength setting .

I don't see this as "auto-retouch"... And it's too heavily retouched for my taste BUT I'd just like to add: Don't bother fiddling with such a small size brush if you try this. Use a bigger one - and then paint BACK the details (like nostrils, eyes etc) with the black brush. (He/she is using the white one now.) Easier & faster. :)

how about just do what i did back in the day, buy some clean and clear and get it "under control" hahahaha! .. no actually i used accutane :< but it worked. i had the most horrible zits, accutane busted them away and i didnt even have to finish the prescription. i was 18 though.
