Interesting thought that TeutonicKnight!Prussia /wanted/ to become a country. :) In my head canon, he wanted to stay as an adventurous knight/mercenary, and the whole turning into a nation was accidental. But that's awesome about Hetalia, it makes you think, search the history and make up theories instead of explaining everything.
I still think that was awesome after finishing it, but he was a country technically.... The Monastic State of the Teutonic knights was a country, I think...?
Still, that was beautiful. Thanks for subbing <3
...Now, is there one with Hungary and Prussia and the protecting of Burzenland from the Cumans?
I suppose you're right... A military order with land doesn't really constitute as a country, I suppose.
Yeah, I really like the people who do this and I was wondering if they had a video with Hungary and Prussia as little kids together because I totally love them together for some reason... But I guess not. D: I love these guys anyway~! And you're awesome for subbing!
<3 is kind of like a sideways heart xD For the people too lazy to go get the upright one, I guess.
Well the Teutonic knights and other knightly orders were not really a country, but rather something like an organization. They had their centers all over Europe and even owned some land (within other countries).
The notes in the beginning-- does that mean that we should disregard the fact that Gilbert's there or does that mean none of these battles even happened at all?
That's the APH fans rules. APH involves sensitive issues and is too popular so many people attack it. Therefore fans have set some rules to avoid it. That's why you can't understand what they are talking about even you know Japanese......
So far I can only see such kind of things in Chinese and Japanese fandoms so you can ignore it. I just translated that part for curious people XD

I'm not sure about the definition of country. The video mentioned making a 'real' country so may be that's what it means? Need a king or what.
What do you mean by 'is there one with Hungary and Prussia... ' A video about that?
btw, what does '<3' mean?

I only know one video about Little Hungary and Prussia. It's nothing about history but very sweet~* Just search 'Laugh maker sub' and you'll find it.

If you still don't know what "<3" Means,
it's a symbol for a heart.
