I had that problem at first but, I kept trying cuz, I wanted it bad lol but, when you put ur email and verification code in; right above that form will be a blue link on the same page to download it! Then when you to start to download it; you choose where to save it at and what media player you want to play it in! There may be a different way to go about it but, that's how I did it lol
