There's no guarantee your opponent is packing an Abomasnow, and if they are, your first turn revolves around choosing whether Tangrowth goes for a Power Whip to OHKO Kyogre (Even if the weather changes, Tangrowth still outspeeds Kyogre until the next turn unless it's a speed+ nature with a Choice Scarf) or just Protects if Hitmontop stays in to Fake Out. Groudon should almost always be tagged out turn 1, regardless, so that was an even bigger mistake on my part.

For example: Darkrai is supposed to smash Psychics and Ghosts. Mewtwo destroys Darkrai one on one thanks to Aura Sphere, massive special attack, greater speed.
Garchomp is totally outclassed by Rayquaza in power. I see no reason to use Garchomp at all really.
All Deoxys forms except Deoxys D die in one hit from pretty much anything.
The guy on top's team is actually really good. He had a 50/50 chance the first turn to predict correctly, and he didn't. From there it was a battle for weather control, and a lot of mis-prediction on his part.
Actually more like inspired. I didn't ask ZW to give me his actual pokes, at the time of creation I had to guess on a lot of what he did, and IIRC I changed some moves to better suit my playing style.
