Typical Maddow, she fails to tell you that folks like my elderly father, couldn't survive in CA without Prop 13 property tax freezings, because at the time, we already paid sky high property taxes! Then she fails to tell you that NOT ONE democrat agreed to ONE budget cut to ANY programs.....which is why not ONE republican would vote for the budget. She also failed to tell you that the voters of CA struck down a propostition, that would have raised taxes on themselves, that the leg. proposed!
