and just to clarify,there is a difference between writting a piece for a song and simply playing what someone else tells you too.rutan did infact write material on many morbid angel albums,but like all bands with two guitarist's wouldnt nescasarily have played on all tracks.

It IS Thor Anders. He plays for both Zyklon and Myrkskog. I believe he is supposed to be on the new cd. And to the person who said they have never recorded as a four piece since Brunelle left...just look at Gateways to Annihilation...Erik Rutan played on it.

Alas, another stuck up euro-trash. It IS stated that he is suppose to be FEATURED in it. Does not justify that he is recording all of the tracks with Trey. And please, I hope to god Trey writes his own material for GUITAR. Who woulda thunk that shit? I guess Pete Sandoval comes up with his own beats too right? Rutan DID play all the tracks, he was an official member. He later then quit to pursue his own career for Hate Eternal shortly after Gateways. Trey Azagthoth did NOT record ALL, and I'll say it again, ALL guitars for Gateways to Annihilation.

And if you didn't catch my sarcasm earlier, then you're a bigger moron.

Go look on wiki if you really have a hard time looking up on information. and as I stated before, you take the context of FEATURED as an official recording member rather than a cameo

So I can dumb it down for you since you have a hard time understanding. When I mean Trey Azagthoth did not record ALL guitars for Gateways, I meant that Rutan was also there to record along with him. It wasn't Azagthoth alone. Rutan recorded every song on that album.

if you say so dear fellow,alternitivly unless you can proove without a shadow of a doubt that rutan did in fact record on EVERY track since domination,which is the only album he is creddited as a recording artist through out then fair play,because through out his time with angel he was focusing on hate eternal and thus left the writting up to trey,who's band morbid is.
