The narrative for this video is incorrect. This particular aircraft is a Krucker 103 Ultralight. Only a one person craft and no license is necessary to fly it. Training, however is necessary!! Krucker also makes a two person craft that does have a larger engine and will carry two persons. The floats are unique and made by the same company. Amphibious with folding wing.
