Xceptionalz, damn that is beast. That is directly from a 5 6 PG who can dunk with EASE. I used the vertical leap training program over at (50 inch vertical [dot] com) and increased more than 14 inches on my vertical.
i find it funny that on the third dunk they said that they had never seen that when demar derozan did that at the high school dunk contest in 2007 where julius erving was also a judge
he did get higher but what you gotta consider is dwight got 4 inches on derozan and derozan was coming out of high school, think about his ups with nba training

that's true, but i think dwight's looked alot better...he went to the other side of the rim and got a lot higher, it just looked much smoother
