Php - Html Forms Action !

Could you help me? I see you upload your files to your webserver but where on your server you put those files? Cause I can';t figure it out :( Im just using a simple website CSS called E107 and I can just add the HTML code ( years, name and submit buttom) and I can see it, but when I hit the Submit buttom the page isn't showing up like yours. I guess I have to wrong website link or something.. Could you help me plz:)!

You dont need single quotes, you can decide self if you want to use single quotes or double quotes.

Yeah, but when doing html in php you need to do double quotes, but when using double quotes for html in php you need to use single quotes.
