In order to prevent those situations where no one says "bless you" I try to be nice and say "bless you" to everyone...that and I was brought up that way...so I pretty much say "bless you" automatically ...but you know what? When I sneeze no one ever says "bless you"!...I end up feeling pretty unappreciated.
