LolThat "hype" and "put-on" is the spirit of God touching them, we dance in the spirit because Jesus fills us with a joy that cannot be contained! Overwhelmed with this joy, you physically feel like you have to satisfy the need for praising God so you dance as is seen to fulfill the need for praising God that his joy brings. I really pray that you, and any other that gives such a negative connotation to praise such as is seen, so you could realize that it's a most beautiful expression of praise.
