Xboxes have got to be the laziest consoles ever, they quite literally just took whatever would be the standard for "high end gaming PC" on the release year (for both the XBOX in '01 and 360 in '05/'06) and packed it into a "console"(so you can't upgrade) and gave it an OS that's basically windows with a different frontend (hell, 360 games are even made with directx, dammit)....

Nintendo is also guilty of that with the wiiu (the inner processor is a intel i5, so... Mid-to-Low-end gaming PC)
