The constitution could not possibly list all of the things allowable, so instead it is set up to limit the power of the government. The constitution could not possibly list all of the things allowable, so instead it is set up to limit the power of the government. This is apparent in the writings of the Founders, the Declaration, and of course the constitution itself. It is entirely framed in a manner of stating what the government is NOT capable of doing.
Bailouts are not prohibited in the constitution, nor is Medicare and Medicaid. As I said before, try reading it.

First of all, this was a race issue from the beginning. The 911 caller didn't mention that there was a black man there... The officer taking notes wrote it down, therefore it' s in the police report. Your last line pretty much said it all. "We pretty much took this country." Yes, we did, we took it from the indians by force and that is why they didn't like us. I'll have to disagree with you, indefenseofhim. I believe what happened was settlers came and actually befriended the American Indians, hence Thanksgiving. More and more settlers came, filling the land. This is when the American Indians became frustrated, and for a good reason. However, we did not just come over and say "This is our land, stay off."
