  • I love this game so much

  • Didn't realize the World of Disney could be so terrifyingly dangerous...

  • This video needs more views, seriously

and whoever disliked it is an idiot

  • 17:20: When the hell did Mickey learn to Wavedash???

Agreed though, this game was ROCK HARD considering it was for kids.

  • so this is were some of the sprites of the suicide mouse came from?

    interesting.....

  • Why is mickey so god damn happy all the time when i was little i kept dying and micky would just keep smiling and that pissed me off!

  • I remember that skeleton elevator sequence causing many a ragequit when I was a kid.

  • This game is freaking hard, it's funny its meant for kids but as a 10 year old I was never able to beat it. I got to the mooserun course, that's it. I never completed it and I never wanted to play that damn second level again with the skeletons, bats and the boss that was freaking hard as hell.

  • wow

  • Fantastic speedrun. However I noticed some weird parts where obstacles didn't hurt you when I thought they should have. The falling twigs in Moose Hunters, the ghosts on the bridge at the end of stage 1 of Lonesome Ghosts, the falling rocks in Beanstalk cave and there was one point where you just went straight thru a weasel I think.

Anyway great video. It's nice to see the Genesis version differences as I only have the PS1 game. The music is awesome.

  • @YearOfTheBandicoot:

The game has really strange hit detection. Usually hurts you when you aren't close though.

  • WowWowWow i see much more music swap! Why they did that? And the music in this version is bad. SNES > This.

  • @KrodosNL

well, imo the sega version is superiour. the music sounds better, it has 1 more level and they chose better fitting tracks.

but in the end, i guess everyone prefers the version they grew up with.

  • @KrodosNL

i agree with ipwnyounp. also, the segaversion is completely fluent, while the snes version has to load every level, which annoyed me when i played it back in the days.

  • @tooawefullydifferent

I agree with both of you, its just that i grown up with the SNES version, thats why i prefer that one =P I wonder why they had an extra leven in de Genesis version..

  • Alright, now this sucks. I just heard at 2:30 the finalboss music of the Mickey Mania on the SNES version. Really, the SNES version is 1000 times better than this one! Can u please upload the TAS of the SNES version? Really thanks!

  • Naah there's no way the SNES version is better than Genesis, or any other version for that matter. If you prefer it for whatever reason I don't mind but let's face reality here. The SNES version is technically the worst of the lot, though still a great game. And for your info the final boss music plays during the gurney ride, and the final boss. isnt it like that on SNES as well?

  • i own the snes edition and in music i enjoy even more the one of snes but i actualy noticed that mickey has even more dialogues and pluto has more actions, thats a winning point for the genesis version
