Apparently I only gotten a 3 star rating for completing this level, even though I found all the clues, and the newspaper. Pretty much all the stuff that was mentioned in this video, but I only got a 3 star rating. That doesn't make sense, did I miss something? Was there something in this video that you forgot to mention? I'm just very confused.

@SunnyProductions Same thing happened to me with several cases. I suggest making sure you go to the locations in the right order and do everything in the right order. Sometimes that's the problem. Also, I think the less city and vehicle damage you have the better. I got 4 stars once instead of 5 because I had too much vehicle damage. Hope this helps 'cause I feel your frustration.

I just re-did the case, and avoid doing any of the damages in the city this time, and got a perfect 5-star rating. :) Some times when I'm in the case I would go off to do the street crimes in the middle, and I would usually cause more damages that way, so that's what I think happened the first time.

@SunnyProductions Probably old news by now, but along with being careful of extensive vehicular and city damage, you also need to be careful around pedestrians (no bumping or crashing into them with your car, as well as not causing any harm to them in general). These factors could lower your rating.

5:07, while my guy didn't shove him into a wall like a hardass, the suspect thought he could change the tides by looping around and chasing me...I cuffed him in about 3 seconds.
