If you can't get them any other way, or you have to jump through hoops to get these, I would rather grab an Action Replay and get myself some or all the old, 1st-3rd Generation Legendaries, all at lvl5 so nobody whines if they lose to me.

@ZammySkillz I think cuz Soul Silver's main pokemon is Lugia, you get it at 70. And in Heart Gold it's 45. Same with Ho-oh. In Heart Gold, 70, and in Soul Silver, 45 ;)

@aidanbywater112 Actualy its the other way around becaus in SS and HG you catch the main legendary after you beat the 8th gym leader after that your pokemon should be lvl 40 - 46 by then and then you catch the other main legendary in the oppsite version after you beat the 14th gym leader battle more in another reigion but im not spoiling (your pokemon should be lvl 50-60) by then so in HG you catch lugia at lvl 70 and in SS lvl 45 same with ho-oh hope this helped :D.
