1.you download pimp my car full

2.then download the neon patch

3.when you have both use a img editor

4.with the img editor go to file then open and then find the neon.img open it

5.when you have that open delete the (i forgot)first file that has .col

and it should tell you the rest in the readme

@Tautvizzz1 put PimpmycarA1_text.fxt in CLEO_TEXT if you dont the folder make it and put it in cleo folder that worked for me.

Ok, look, u need to download Cleo3 from the internet, then install it, then download the mod and put it into "cleo" folder in your C:\Program Files\Rockstar\GTA San Andreas folder :)
