What people don't seem to take into consideration, is that The Beatles wrote many of their songs in the 60's and 70's when drug use was prevalent. I'm sure they experimented with drugs, and probably wrote several songs while under their influence. Thus, the lyrics could just be nonsensical, not referring to the supposed death of Paul. Which by the way, is ridiculous. If Paul did in fact die, The Beatles wouldn't turn it into some mystery/game, they would honor the fact that he died.
