The longest stretch of interstate with NO services...That's where my fuel pump started acting up. I ended up limping it all the way home at 55-60 mph - 1400 miles. Other than that, I love this place. It's like driving on another planet. Great video.
I've made many trips over the San Rafael Swell. Another feature of the swell and Utah in general is you can pass over this area at different times of the day like sunset and sunrise and it will look completely different, as are visits at different times of the year like winter. You get great effects with light and shadows. The drive never gets old.
Great work on the video! Very cool seeing it from both directions like that. I'm also impressed with the little effects you keep inventing. Always awesome.
@eluko79 you can begin to clearly see the grand scale of what is the San Rafael Swell in the Westbound direction, although I agree Eastbound is the way to feature this stretch i simply could resist not including it in the same video and cutting the footage short a few miles.
@PeteTheChopp i enjoyed Utah and your home state throughout. hopefully, over the next few months, you will begin to see how much i thought of the area when expressed in my future video's.
Fantastic! This is an upgrade over the video I posted awhile back, and you also got it in the westbound direction. I'll put this on my favorites list.
Great job...stunning scenery, something I'll have to experience for myself one day!
