theres something unnatural about the flight of the ball in your video. Fair play for uploading a tutorial on this, im sure some lesser players will find it useful. Im not buying it tho, after u kick the ball theres movement in the ball which is unnatural and i think on that basis, you have used the computer to alter the flight. Apologies if im wrong but im sure there are quite a few people will have their doubts on this one

Hey I watched this video because I was getting frustrated that not all my free kicks would dip, or they would dip only when the ball never got more than a foot off of the ground. I added leaning backwards just a tad bit and jumping up to ensure that my foot came up through the football and it has made a big difference in how many free kicks I put on frame and how high the football goes before it dips back down

How on earth does you initial stance or tip toe running affect the flight of the ball. All that matters is that contact surface of the foot, where you strike the ball, angle of contact, power and of course the follow through.
