  • you translated "お疲れ様" with "see you". As far as I know, there a various ways to translate this expression. Maybe you could talk about it one time? I learned that it means something like "it was exhausting for us" which kind of means "we did a lot/something and we acknowledge it". what's your opinion? btw: in the end I'd agree that it also means "see you".

  • I'm going to Kyoto in a few days~ I can't wait ^^ A whole year in Japan <3 We should meet up and make a video 8D

  • i wanna see the finished product

  • @jonamuk7 Me too lol The director is still working on the editing

  • Maaan! i hope i get a chance to do something like this when i come to Japan and see you guys!

  • @ShishiViking Haha, yeah let's do something together~

  • nice :)

  • cool:)

  • this was so interesting! thank u for sharing and the whole thing looks VERY cool!

  • @totaldramaqueen108 Thanks a lot^^

  • Cool! You need to show us the film one day! And the Japanese dialects are just amazing! But how are they managed? In Kansai for instance, do you have to speak Hyôjungo in schools?

  • @TheViewOfCalvin Thank you! I'm not sure whether I can get the complete data of this film. We speak the Hyojungo at school if necessary, but students' conversations are usually spoken in kansai-ben.

  • Making movies, eh? That's awesome! Will we be able to see it online at some point?

Actually, it's nice to see this. Sometimes I wonder if I should go back to Japan, but I'd like to make some movies in the future, and I thought "God, I could never write a script in Japanese, or find actors there, or deal with locations and all the legalese" so that puts a dampen on that. But that wasn't stopping him :P

  • @zeroteku Haha Well, there are foreign directors like ours in the program. It really is possible to make films in Japan if you can find any chance to do so. I hope I could encourage you^^
