  • Looks like he should have brought the wide angle lens though.... :-)

  • I don't care if I'd died, i'd still go in and cuddle some wolfes *_*

  • You really see the differences here between dogs and wolves. The behavior is familiar, but the displays of aggression and dominance in wolves are serious and no joke

  • wow, the wolves are snarly... I love how they keep licking his face, though

  • It's a "Who love the human more!" contest :)

  • I'm fascinated with wolves. When compared to domesticated dogs of equal size: They have better immunity, much bigger brains, bigger paws, and much stronger bite. HEre are my questions: 1. is it apparent to you which is smarter - a dog or wolf? 2. how much does your wolves weigh? I'd say more than 110 lbs. 3. they are wild animals. could they make you feel threatened? they only see you as a food source. 4. would you ever consider crossing them with a docile big dog like a labrador? that'd be cool

  • @LeftistUprising 1. Wolves are smarter, coyotes are a lot smarter. 2. Our males weight 85-95 pounds, our females weigh 75-85 pounds. 3. Correct, they are wild animals. They have been habituated to human contact- they tolerate us and are pleased that we bring them food. Some of our wolves are affectionate with some humans, but not always. 4. Why ignore 10,000 years of domestication? The only thing you would get is unpredictability. Wolf hybrids very often become unmanageable and are euthanized.

  • @wolfparkweek From what admittedly little I know about coyotes, they seem intelligent enough to possibly be "problem-solving intelligent", to borrow a phrase from Jurassic Park. Would you say that this is true, would they actually be able to figure out puzzles and solve simple problems?

  • If that guy makes one wrong move when they are licking his face they will instincitvely bite him!

  • @Christian7thSF Our wolves love and respect Monty more than any other human. If they did bite him, it would certainly be accidental.

  • 1:11 T-Bag Bitch!

  • LOL they are licking and hugging each other , they are hugging a guy too ? I can understand why they are hugging a guy but why WHYYY are they hugging each each other ?haha wolfporn

  • @listentomewhynot They're not hugging, they're showing dominance by rolling the others over or pushing the others away. Obviously they all see the guy as the alpha, which is why they're licking his chin.

  • Wolves are nice to people but assholes to other wolves.

  • @Thrahl they're like people we hate eachother but love other animals

  • Beautiful creatures. Fuck you, Palin.

  • 1:13 bitch got double teabagged hahahaha

  • Haha! He cannot focus!

  • 3:19 Epic f****** cuteness!!! Nyaaaa

  • wow!!!! thank you for posting! hi from France...no wolves there...except in the children imagination which can take a lot of place too!

    <hi from <france

    <sigrid

  • I WANT HIS JOB. =D

  • Quel courage,ou est-ce de l'iconsience,en tout qu'a,c'est super!

  • Suoer!!!!!!!

  • Why do alpha wolves have to be so vicious to other members of a pack ?

  • @lolpos2 watch A Man among wolves for the awnser the leader has to keep his pack in line and maintain a hiearchy with the other members of the pack if one gets out of line then he's put in his place with a little "time-out" or a lil bite to the nozzle of the nose it's also used in playing as well but don't worry about the wounds inflicted tho wolf saliva is said to have really amazing fast healing abilities :)

  • How could anyone possibly dislike something so beautiful?/:

  • adamı paylaşamıyolar :D

  • Beautiful!!!

  • 1:10 too much COD...

  • true balls of steel moment at 2:52

  • holy shitttttttttt

  • This is a bonding ritual performed often in the pack. See my Video -- The David Attenborough on wolves one. Also if you generally like wolves check out my channel if you want. I am not a serious 'wolfaboo' I enjoy drawing other magnificent beasts but I'm not the stereotypical "I liek wulfs" 'wolfaboo' I just think they are beautiful, enigmatic creatures that we should treasure but never forget the brutality and power they poses. People forget they are wild animals -3

  • the dancing with wolves...

  • whichone is the alphamale?

  • wolves are awesome

  • That guy must have troubles lugging around his huge balls.

  • I like the one wolf that teabagged the other wolf

  • They are like... Trying to make out with him...

  • @2:03 apparently all they want to do is lick the guy’s moustache but @2:16 a little fight breaks loose. For fuck’s sake is just a moustache, calm the fuck down!

P.S.: @2:54 look at that "guy" going in "for the kill". He licks the shit out of that moustache & makes it his bitch...

  • @SwitchbladeGarcia you are fool lmao

  • They're so quick to swing from one extreme to the other. Between cute to ferocious, snuggly and angry. A wolf pack is never boring to watch.

  • @ScientistCat They are constantly driving the point of who's the boss. As far as I could tell, the two bottom wolves were being dominated by the leaders when they tried to cuddle Monty before they did, kind of like a 'Know your place, fool!' thing. That said, it takes a special kind of human to just kneel there in the middle of a small pack while they're growling and snapping at each other to assert pack roles. I would just pee myself and run up a tree! :D

  • Man, I wish I had this guys job right about now! -_-

  • I've been to Wolf Park many times, watched Monty interact with these wolves and had the pleasure of visits with the main pack, as well. Even though these wolves are raised partially by humans, they are still wolves and not dogs and must be treated as such. WP gives us a "rare" opportunity to interact with these magnificant creatures. I'd say Monty does have a special bond with the pack..."wolf whisperer" comes to my mind. I wish I could be so lucky as to spend each day with them! :)

  • amazing .....

  • @IKillAllWolves wolves can't be domesticated... and why are you sad to see wolves in captivity when your name suggest the opposite

  • @duydvu1 To take a animal from the wild and cage it, that is right to you? Just like all these idiot's that try to keep deer in a pen/cage these animal have Natural wild instincts. and you peolpe are taking it away from them!!! that is way different from what I do! I own pet's.. Pets that are made to be pets..

  • Does anyone else hear the woman in the back or it`s just me?

  • @ 2:15 this is me:NOOOOOOOO!!!!! WHAT ARE U DOING ! HES GONNA BITE- oh! never mind !! :D XD

  • nice video, they are big wolves!.

  • good video and thanks for sharing.. is great to see a pack of wolves together with this guy, we can see also how big they are compared with a human......

  • aww the wolves are having orgy I MEAN GROUP HUG! group hug O_O

  • Dangg they sound just like lions!

  • grrr... moustache!! OM NOM NOM NOM

  • I'd pay to do that in real life i soo would!!!

  • where is wolf park

  • There's a pack of wolves that hang out by my roommate's grandma's house and they're very friendly for the most part.. I live in southern Arizona by the way. Today we went out there and the oldest one acted like he knew me for years, walked up to me and let me pet it and stuff. Pretty surreal, the rest of them started jumping on me and trying to lick me like puppies later one.. only one out of 6 or 7 actually kept its distance or showed any signs of hostility. Epic.

  • wow that is SOO cute! haha they're like.. HEY!! thats MY attention your stealing!! What an awesome little family to get to know

  • why are they growling

  • @mybirthday10 umm because wolves hunt and stronger teeth

  • The pack is like a family.

    They are brothers and sisters.

    They compete for attention.

And they wrestle like brothers for fun :D

Monty is considered part of the pack.

  • I wish I was Monty. Those growls I would have to get use to hearing though in figuring out which growl is a threat, just leave me alone, showing affection or I just want to growl. ^_^

  • Dog pile on Monty! Lol

  • This photographer is an amazing person! By the way, what's the difference between dogs and Wolves?

  • 何だこのスリルあるモフ動画

  • @autonomousanomaly He doesn't show himself as a threat to them, and he's obviously aware that he is welcome into the pack.

  • Such Beautiful, wonderful animals :3 <3333333

  • É um prazer imenso esta convivência, eles sentem quem verdadeiramente os amam, parabéns pelo video, sucesso.

  • MAN WITH NO FEAR MONTY THE WOLFMAN LOL

  • I've been to Wolf Park every summer for the last six years and it keeps getting better. Love the addition of Dharma, too bad she's not in this video. If you go to Wolf Park, I suggest taking the time out to talk with Monty, he's really cool and down to earth. And don't forget the "Walk with the Wolves" every late summer/early fall.

  • great work

  • So what's the story with this guy? Why do the wolves love him so much?

  • @StephenP18 Aside from being one of the best wolf handlers anywhere, Monty visits the wolves daily, bringing treats and unusual items for them, like vegetables, chili, and fruit. They know Monty will always be interesting as well as sensitive to the changing pack dynamics.

  • Great video.

  • king of the hill at 2:00 ? :)

  • @21cornett maybe a husky. I had one and he looked very similar to one. He also didn't bark, but howled.

  • That guy looks a bit wolfy...

  • that guy sure is popular with wolves :)

  • before i started working at wolftimbers(partner orginazation to wolfpark) i already knew who monty sloan was.and it was almost like meeting a celebrity when i did for the first time.lol great photogropher and also our wolves at wt love him just as much.he has a gift and i am blessed to see him once a year.lol

  • Wow. I'm surprised those wolves didn't attack the guy. They must be very attached to him somehow. Nevertheless, I love this video. Wolves are awesome.

  • @MDthornton83 WHat? WOlves are not that dangerous! Wolves only atatck when they feel attacked

  • @MDthornton83 yup, if they trust you they won't attack you

  • So apparently...to photograph wolves you:

    A) Get swarmed by them all wanting, nay, demanding scritches and...

    B) Snap the occasional picture when they're distracted.

    Greatest Job Ever?

  • …もふりたい!!

  • how do you feed them??

  • "no, I'm king of the human!!!" lol

  • Mowgli grew up and became a photographer!

  • Having spent 10 years volunteering at a wolf sanctuary, and having lived there on and off, I can say how amazing this video is. Many wolves follow Gods will for them-looking up to humans and revering them, understanding that they were created to be our "friends" in the Garden. Even now, many wolves understand that and will go into dominance rituals over who gets to spend time with the human. This is what early people saw in wolves, and is why we have dogs today.

  • @opferte

    Are you serious?

  • @PTurchan1 Absolutely.

  • @opferte

Where in the Bible does it say which animals were meant to revere humans? Also, would it be right to say you believe in a literal genesis?

  • How has this man not lost a hand or his face yet!! These wolves must really respect him and trust him. Great stuff! Jealous much? nooooo!

  • 1:18 wolves are just like us when they win they teabag the losers as well

  • THAT GUY IS A BAD ASS THUMBS UP IF YOU AGREE

  • @tdreamgmail

Be afraid of a human, not a wolf.

  • lol at how none of them are after the camera man taking the footage... awesome vid

  • Believe it or not, despite how wolves are portayed as villains in fairy tales, I've read you have a higher chance of being killed by a meteor than by a wolf. And that wolves are actually very shy around human company in real life.

  • @StephenP18 true but places like this are a good way to study them and they're socially savvy behaviors we r curantly trying to understand y wolves howl at the moon we know it's to communicate ove long distances alrdy but the mystery behind the howl lingers on. we have so much to learn from these amazing and beautiful creatures i just wish there was a center here that allows this

  • That is one brave man...

  • This is not normal.

    Don't play with wolves.

  • Never realized how big wolves are. Their body and face/head massive. Do the wolves treat the photographer like he's their alpha or something. They all look like they're fighting for his attention.

Also, did that one wolf mark his territory by pissing on another wolf at the beginning?...

  • @Michigan1985 They can get twice as big...believe it or not.

  • Lucky bastard.

  • Sound off - Aww :3

    Sound on - Ahh! D:

  • there just after his money...

  • 3:12 That wolf is tripping out.

  • @ActionTurtle Looks like a cat on catnip. LOL.

  • They are so jealous for attention! :D

  • Seeing this, doesn't it makes sense that all the Native American pictures are always seen as close to wolves?

  • I wonder if he's ever been bitten before.

  • At 2:17, fuck that....

  • hahah wolf on the left at 2:34

  • Bromance

  • Till they eat him

  • @vexedrex555

Exactly, they'll eat him and everybody will be asking, I wonder why the wolves ate him? BECAUSE THEY'RE WOLVES!!! You know when they went crazy? When they decided they wanted to smile for the camera, that's when!

  • Minecraft?

  • Beautiful animals!

  • this man like like einstein

  • i heard thats a sign of respect and approval when they try to lick your mouth

  • @SaulMeyersz Actually they are trying to get him to vomit up food for them to eat.
