don't do it. I've had mine for a little over a month. The MP3 player is great, but the front cover fell off for no reason, and all of the buttons are cracked and falling off. Don't do it! Get a candy bar phone (No sliding thing) rather than a slider - they're far more reliable.

I don't know what people are talking about. I've had this phone for almost two months now and haven't had any problems with the keypad and it still looks and feels like brand new. It might have had this problem when it first came out but I think it's been fixed now. Also, maybe people use their fingernails to press the keys, which is a bad thing to do. You should only use your finger tips. However, I have to say this isn't the best keypad I've seen on a phone lookswise and material wise.
