If you said Finland, I wouldn't argue, but Quagmire doesn't sound anything like it. At all. The point before was that, hell, only 4 letters even match.
they both start with "qu". how many names do you know that start that way? queen? quick? it was a loose observation based on the character's make up. they are both horny as hell and are sexual deviants. as far as a complete rhyme, no they don't line up. but that was not my point. it was in a more general sense of the characters. if this doesn't satisfy than just forget it. it clearly missed it's target.
