@fighter91 I think it's hard for anyone who wasn't from the FC Barcelona system to get playing time, let alone start. On the roster, out of Dani Alves, David Villa, Seydou Keita, Gabriel Milito, Maxwell, Adriano and Abidal, only a handful of them start regularly. I think it just has to do with how Barca plays and how that is instilled in their youth players and it's easier to work with a player who knows the style of play than it is to teach a whole new style to a player.
