Yes its a paramedical ambulance mixed with a pump truck, it only exists in Paris!! Its called a PS (premiers secours) this one is a 3rd generation its very old (end of the 1990's) new ones have gyroled bars
Not to be rude even tho I like French emergency vehicles, but for a sec it look like a red garbage truck with lights & siren o.o

This is a very old truck thats why! This vehicle is a PS 3G, new ones (5G) have one gyroled lightbar on the front and 2 grill leds

This is a PS (First-aid) truck. It has a cell in the back to treat victims, but is also board a water tank, pipes and pumps!
Its crew is composed of 5 men and do mainly fire missions. It can nontheless be send on tricky first aid situation.
This truck is from an old "generation" of those PS trucks, the newest ones look very very nice.
The air horn we hear is actually the standard air horn those old Renault truck have. The 2-tone Hi/lo is an old electronic one.
