@LuhyogaWeasley It's the soul of the original version, as in most RHCP songs... As you can tell, this is a very different version, with an acoustic approach:) Obviously that it'd be better if we added a bass, but I believe we still did a good job... Thanks for your comment:)

with that stratocoustic and a painted black acoustic i surely thought this would be horrible. props but you have shitty guitars and you would sound 10 times better if you knew how to pick out a guitar.

@newmankevin44 You truly think a Fender Stratacoustic and a Yamanha CPX-500 are shitty guitars?! Well, that may not be the best of the best or even top-of-the-line but they still are good guitars... The capture of the sound isn't the best so you're probably influenced by that aswell. Nevertheless, thank you for the props:) Cheers from Portugal!

@rlisiasmusic i was not influenced by the recording at all. i worked in a guitar store for 4 years and broke guitars out of the box all day and compared them next to each other. when you paint an acoustic the resonating properties are dampened. electrics are ok to paint. you have 2 strikes against you with the stratacoustic painted and no body to resonate the sound. you could find a better guitar for the same price if not less. try takamine GS330S $300. still you did great with what you had.
