He does have amazing stats due to his physical skills but his hands are his down fall. Owens dropped a league high in 06 with 17 and 10 more in 07 tied 4 third. He has stats but horrible hands.

So what he had some drops in some meaningless games but he fucking scored when it mattered. Dude is still better than 85% of the WRs playing right now.

I don't think that injury is an excuse for what happened here. Ryan & Revis had enough confidence in his leg that he could shut Moss down one on one, so he couldn't have been hurting that bad. Revis was having a great game up until this play, and he looks to be having no problem keeping steadily behind Moss (it's not like Moss is pulling away). Revis got shaken at the line, lost his balance for a second, Moss capitalized, then Revis reinjured himself overextending at the end.
