I'm a Liz fan and I HATED Liz during this period. The lengths they went to float Liason was horrendous. While I understand she was in a pain spiral and was lashing out in every direction in hurt and anger, the writers went out of their way to demonize her in this story.

Its was all stunt writing to make Jiz look like the poor victims of mean old Sam.

Sam let an innocent baby get kidnapped and did nothing to get back at Jason for not telling her about Jake. That is not tit for tat. That is worse. I understand that she was hurt by Jason, but she didn't have to use Jake to get back at him.

The same thing they are doing to Liz now, they want to make her look bad so that Sam will look good. I have what they do to characters to justify why other character should be together.

All Sam had to do was cast resonable doubt in the jury's minds. But SAM choose not to LIE on the stand.

I'm tired of Sam and Lucky being the escape goats for all the lies and mess Jason and Liz have caused. Witnessing the kidnaping and the incident in the park would have never had happen if Liarson had come clean!

Dont get me wrong, I am a liason fan, however I completely agree with you. Liz lied to everyone and now it is blowing up in her face. She might have to go to jail. So Liason is not blameless in the situation. Im under no illusions about that. I just think that Sam and Lucky need to get on with their lives, revenge is not cool on anyones part, just look at Ric.

Me being a woman, I can dig that. But what happens afterwards? You have your revenge then what? Ric, whom I love, seems to have lost everything he held dear on revenge. Alexis and Molly, Elizabeth all for the sake of getting back at Sonny. When your are at the point of losing your sanity, its time to let go.

That is definitely true. Especially on GH. I think that everone is a little insane and mad at some point.

no matter if LiaSon lied or not, Sam is still responsible for her actions in the park, letting an innocent baby be taken away.

Sam did what she did and didn't blink an eye, even when Liz and Lucky came to the TV studio to ask for help she turned them down.

While Jason and Liz are responsible for the lies, Sam has to be held accountable for her part also, she used an innocent baby to get back at his parents.

What about Jason letting Maureen go and not reporting it to the cops. Who's to say Maureen wouldn't do it again. What happend to Sam in the park is called temporary insanity. Jason was the love of her life, she trusted him not only with her life but her heart. After everything they had been through she could not comprehend how he could lie to her. The fact that she couldn't have children didn't make it easier. Under these circumstances it would cause her to do the unthinkable.

And Maureen wasn't let go, Jason made sure that she was getting good psychological care, and besides, Lucky already has the info on Maureen as he asked Cruz to get it from Amelia. So no, Maureen did not get off scot-free.

You're right, Sam did lie for weeks on end as did Jason, for months. But that was ok, right?

Was Maureen ever booked, no. Regardless it wasn't up to Jason or Lucky to decide what she needed.

Sam has lied to Jason from the moment she met him. She never told him about marrying men for their money and killing one of them, granted she killed him in self-defense.  Atleast not until Amelia showed up and started blackmailing her. Sam willing put an innocent baby's life in jeopardy just to get back at Jason and Liz. That is way worse than Jason not telling her the truth about Jake.

Sam was a con artist and Jason knew what that involved. He never asked or cared to know about her past. Sams was reacting to months of lies and deceptions. It was wrong of her to watch Jake get kidnaped but her actions are a result of the event that Jason & Liz set into motion. It's tit-for-tat. You can have one without the other.

No, Sam's actions put the whole thing into motion. If she would not have slept with Ric, then, Jason in turn would not have slept w/ Liz and Jake would not exist. Sam completely lied to Jason. She told him she had never been married,let alone got married in order to imbezzle money from the spouses.

@cjones751984 Actually, years ago, Jason told Sam he didn't need to know all her secrets/past. He loved her for who she was, he said. Further, even Jason has admitted, more than once, that it was HE who set things in motion, not Sam. He said that it was when he broke up with Sam for her own good without allowing her to have any say, that started the spiral. Sam has taken responsibility for her actions with Ric. Jason did the same with his actions. Haven't heard anything from Liz...still waiting.

It may have been temporary insanity in the first few moment, not all the things that happened after. Days passed and not only did she do nothing to help bring Jake home; She did everything she could to cover up what she had done and disrupt the investigation. She is in no way a victim.

@cjones751984 I am truly happy for you that you seem to be free of both temporary insanity and self destructive behavior. If you were to do a little research, however, you would find that both of them can last for longer then just a few days. It depends upon the situation and the individual. Lastly, I am also really glad that you have never experienced how fear can paralyze you into inaction and cover ups.

What Maureen did was not out of spite and anger like Sam, it was out of grief. She was actually remorseful over the kidnapping and she took responsibility for her actions. Maureen actually did help in the effort to bring the baby home and volunteered everything she knew after her insanity subsided. Sam did not do any of those things. Maureen and Sam R not on the same level.

@cjones751984 you wrote these comments only 8-9 months ago. that means u know that Sam has admitted her mistakes and taken full responsibility for them, AND has made up for them (She saved Jake's life when Liz's actions placed him in danger). You must also know that JaSam is back (and quite frankly Stelly's acting skills are even better this time around). I guess I am wondering why, despite the s/l's in the last year or so, you are saying things that have been proven untrue...?

@50patrice 1) Everytime she has apologized, she has thrown in that Jason and Liz drove her to it. That is not taking full responsibility. 2.) The way i remember it , it was Sam's action that got him taken both times.3) Jason saved Jake both times. Nothing i said has been proven untrue. Just because she had a daydream she saved Jake does not erase what she did. Enjoy JaSam while you can because i can assure you it will not last forever.

Share w/me y u believe it's Sam's fault the russians took Jake. Sam helped Jason, who nsisted on takin her 2Liz's house. #1-Sam is a horrible character, and the writers hate her. It's in the writing. "GREAT PEOPLE" don't let children get kidnapped. If she was so selfish and "truly" loved Jason, she would've at least been a little protective of HIS son, regardless of who the mother was. #2-Jason lied to protect her feelings not to hurt her. Yes he should have been honest,but this is a SOAP, and it's more dramatic this way. #3-Sam didn't keep Jason out of jail, Carly and Jerry did! HELLOOOOOOO!!!

Wow this was great!!! I love the look on Ric's face, I love the fact that Sam didn't rat on Jason. She still loves him and wants the best for him. I know Jason must be going crazy inside. I think this should have been a wake up call for him and try to reconcile with Sam!!! But nooooooo, spoilers are saying otherwise!!! We will see more stupid Elizabeth and Jason.

No way. Sam had a moment of compassion. Good for her. But Jason will never trust her again after what she did to Jake.
