I like Swiss Airlines, after next year I will be working in the technical department for Swiss Airlines.

Swiss airlines sucks, i saw an add on a billboard for 699.- for GVA to Beijing, I get to the website and its only for a one way ticket!!! thats called misinformation and false advertising.... very sad for a company that represents our country. I will never fly that airline again.

Flying with Swiss International Airlines was my worst ever aviation experience. Don't even try to complain because the customer service department are unhelpful and even the MD admitted that he had intstructed the organisation to ignore my correspondence.

@andycroc144 Trust me... Swiss Int. had only once a problem: It was an incident over Frankfurt... nothing bad. No victims. Nobody hurt. Plane was landed safely.

But Swissair had crashes. But Swiss Int. didn't.

Secondly, you cant watch the video before you fly with swissair, because they don't exist anymore.
