  • In addition, the mostly intoxicated crowd thought it was ok :)

  • i thought it was mediocre, i didnt appreciate the singer trying to sing like jim did in the original version, but thats just my humble opinion

  • Dude, it was a pick up jam at someone elses gig. We just sat in and played. The Banjo player and Mandolin player are a bluegrass duo and since we played with them that nite it was kinda sorta bluegrass...or country, or just acoustic doors. Whatever, it was just fun hanving a good time, drinking lots of beer and jamming some music.

  • NOT bluegrass...and I'm not even a close minded traditionalist. I can even appreciate Pete Wernick's fazer banjo on "Hot Rize", but come on now, can I get a Scruggs roll?

    Bluegrass keyboards?

Maybe if y'all busted out Foggy Mountain Top I would believe.

    P.S.

The mando would probably last in a REAL bluegrass jam...unplugged and with 8 strings.

And I'm NOT saying the music is BAD just NOT BLUEGRASS. Please represent yourselves correctly. Folks searching for BLUEGRASS will be thankful.

  • Nice job by Andy G on the keyboard!

  • cheers man
