  • Children whose moms breastfeed are going to breastfeed their dolls, stuffed animals and even pets . and guess what the boys do it too. no big deal now the dolls can make the proper sound.

  • 3:53 "And I know that these will scare you more than any of the others."

    LOL!

  • GREAT!!!!

  • wow great vid loved it

  • Best not like kids play with baby dolls, it'll make them want to become teen mothers. Because there is nothing more glamorous than breastfeeding, right?

  • I know, right? Like, WHEN are we going to be contacted? I SO hope this wasn't a screw job...

  • So, did we win?

  • @lita46953: I don't think we will until we're faced with horrible, dire consequences, like long-term detrimental effects on body, mind, and soul from not breastfeeding our babies.

  • I don't think anyone would choose one... anyone with half a brain, anyway!

  • I was SO glad that everything went so well with mine. I wouldnt want a c section!

  • Natural is the ... natural way. What a realization. When will we learn?

  • @jamaise: That's so cool! No, I haven't seen it, but I'd like to, and read the book as well.

  • I think it will be back next month yes.

  • Eum ok

  • @howardmidwife - have you seen Orgasmic Birth? It's a great one. My last birth, I did completely med free thanks to this movie. I will hardly call it orgasmic, but I did it! It was at a hospital because I was VBAC but I went home before 24 hours and it felt so much better naturally.

  • And btw, since when is "sticking bottles in doll's mouths the natural way to do it"? She should be shanked.

  • Does anyone know if the contest starts over next month?

  • Hey, guy in the newsroom? Your FACE grosses me out.

  • It's a bit more unbiased about hospital births... which isn't necessarily a good thing, but can be helpful in reaching women who have real distrust for anything outside the medical model, or who end up being hospitalized for high-risk pregnancies.

  • Ive heard of that one too havnt seen it though.

  • LOVE the Business of Being Born! It's a great resource. There's another neat one too, called "Pregnant in America". Worth seeing!

  • Nope I haven't seen that one.

  • @ beepah - I haven't seen it yet. I do want to. Have you seen Orgasmic Birth? That's a great one too.

  • I have a blog, but I don't do anything with it. It's focus around homeschooling, anyway. I think we should have a blog of sharing about healthy mothering.

  • Breastmilk is the key for a heathy start in life!!

  • Do any of u seen the buisness of bein born? Documentary about home births

  • @lita46953: Thanks for sharing! What an amazing story. I'm so glad that you enjoy sharing... do you have a blog? We need wise women like you to share your knowledge!

  • Wow what a story! Thumbs up on those 8 birth!

  • @beepah Thanks!

  • I love it when my baby fall asleep while nursing

  • Okay, that last comment was me, I was accidentally commenting through my friends' account.

  • @jamiase1: I know, right? I've had the same problem... sometimes they seem to count points right away, and other times I've done, like, 3 videos in one night, and it seems like they NEVER got counted. It just kinda absorbs your life, huh? I think the Top 10 should get dolls, not just the Top 5!

  • Breastfeeding Is life!

  • I am so worried about these points. I just keep entering, but I can never tell which ones are being counted. I just did a few hours of entering and came back later to check and my points moved by 5! Frustrating. There is no way in the world I want to take all this time doing these for nothing!

  • Shame on you Arthel Neville - you are a woman!

  • Thumb's up for the breastmilk baby

  • Still loving the Breast Milk baby!

  • @lita46953: That's so awesome! If you don't mind my asking, what years did you have your kids? Which ones were home births (first, last, etc.)? Why did you choose home birth for them? And what led to that last c-section? Not trying to be nosey, I just love to hear women's experiences. I learn so much from birth stories!!!

  • @howardmidwife I was 20 with my first- 35 years ago. I wanted a homebirth- beneath the Christmas tree (she was born on Christmas), but I had no experience with such things as home births- and no one I knew would have even considered. Even breastfeeding was discouraged, and I had to sneak her nursing while at the hospital! !2 years later I had my second, also at hospital, then my 3rd and 4th. Seems you can only post so much, so I'll send the rest next.

  • With my 5th I decided it was nuts going to hospital. So I had the 5th, 6th and 7th at home, unassisted.

The 8th was persistent occiput posterior, delivered unassisted at hospital (nurse was preparing the delivy room).

She was very helpful in helping to get the baby turned, and once he turned everything happened quickly. The last was C-section, due to reconstructive surgery that left my uterus, and everything else, a mess. Love to tell it, so be nosey!

  • Hope to have a breast milk baby for my kids and grand kids.

  • i would love to see you on his show to debate!

  • Love it

  • I LOVE the Breast Milk Baby!

  • Oh, me too! The ignorance makes my ears bleed.

  • I watched the video once and now pause it as soon as it comes on - it makes me sooo angry!

  • Wow - the ingnorance! I would be so ashamed, and they're supposed to be educated.

  • Go breastmilk baby go

  • I so hope O'Reilly takes this guy up on his offer!

  • Wow i love breastfeeding

  • Holy crap, NINE?!?! That's awesome! You are officially a super-mommy!

  • @howardmidwife Super something! : ) All natural, except the last I had to have a c-section. 3 were home births.

  • I breast fed all 9 of mine.

  • Those who don't support breastfeeding don't support the continued existence of the human race.

  • I'm glad this doll is available! Wish it were more so!

  • I rather breastfed.

  • O'Reilly, really? You're that sick?

  • Let's encourage healthy attitudes, shall we?

  • Breastfeeding demands that only the intelligent will procreate, because eventually, non-breastfed people and their kids will be so dumbed down that they won't be able to survive. Go natural selection, go!

  • Breastfeeding is intelligence

  • I feel very strongly that this chick on the show hasn't breastfed her children (if she has any).

  • People are so f-ing dumb.

  • Awsome!

  • This doll will encourage healthy nurturing.

  • Breastfeeding 4 LIFE!!

  • I can't think of any conspiracy I'd rather join than a boob-sucking one. ;)

  • Breastfeeding FTW

  • Disturbing how some people view breastfeeding

  • Breastfeeding can be challenging but at least if we help normalize it then parents will feel more comfortable asking for advice. This can start with our children!

  • Boobs are made for breastfeeding

  • Its a shame it takes education for people to understand such a simple, basic thing.

  • Great

  • I am currently bfing a 17 month old girl...with no signs of stopping!

  • I breastfed my daughter for as long as I could!:) (Which was only 3 months :()

  • People that are ignorant enough to bash this doll are obviously suffering from a low IQ because they, themselves, weren't breastfed.

  • Breastfed babies have less health problems

  • sooo...ridiculous! We all know now that Bill was NOT breastfed!!! Why in the world would they even go as far as to say this doll 'promotes' teen pregnancy??? I think it's a shame that breastfeeding is 'taboo' in this backward nation...& broadcasts like this one, I'm sorry to say just add fuel to the fire!

  • Go Breast milk Go!!

  • So, what is the problem? The little vest the Child puts on with two little daisies? Or is it the fact that this vest is designed so that the doll is put up to the chest which looks suspiciously like breastfeeding!? Can you imagine breast being designed for something beside sexual purposes? Its alright to flaunt breast on commercials, tv shows, ads, every magazine, but don't allow our children to understand the real purpose of breast!

  • Love to have this doll around for my grandkids! We need the positive image of providing for our babies!

  • Breastfed babies have higher IQ

  • I don't think Bill O'Reilly was breastfed...

  • Creative response to O'Reilly! Keep on doing what you are doing and ignore them, They are in the group of people that can not see past the end of their own nose. Yes they annoy me too, but if what you were doing was not important, there would be no one like them.

  • Love that doll!

  • I love the breast milk baby doll! And so should you!!

  • I think that they should get Hugo Weaving to play the part of "V" in this, like "V for Vendetta". I'd love to see him in the nursing top.

  • Breastmilk is the best milk!

  • Seriously, people not breastfeeding their kids (or not supporting breastfeeding) is just natural selection. If they're that stupid, why should their genes get passed on? Hopefully, these morons will be bred out of the gene pool in the next few generations, 'cause their kids are gonna be so friggin' diseased they'll be sterile.

  • I love this doll and what the company is trying to do!

  • Breastfeeding isn't just awesome, natural, or the best....it is NORMAL!!

  • Comment removed

  • It's Bill O'Reilly , what can we expect? He obviously wasn't breastfed!

  • Breastfeeding is natural.

  • I just got a new button for my diaper bad...it reads..."I make milk...what's your super power?"

  • Please, America! So it's okay for your toddler to watch commercials about erectile dysfunction, and see women flashing the breast to sell cars, footwear, and alchohal, but god forbid they see breasts being used for their actual, wholesome purpose. Breastfed children are healthier, period. End of discussion. Does anyone even argue this point? What exactly is it that people are trying to save their children from?

  • Childrens will play with their dolls, being a mom, calling them their babies, and will do what they see, someone breastfeed, or someone giving a bottle. Maybe even mixing both, without even thinking about it, and it's all ok because they are childrens and they just play. And that's lovely and cute! I dont see a problem with that.

  • If our children grow up seeing breastfeeding as normal, maybe they won't feel as compelled to hide while doing it as women do today.

  • these are sooo freakin awesome!!!

  • Love it!!

  • Go breastmilk baby go

  • it's a brilliant idea! I don't see why the need for the pretense of prudence. Those unhappy about itare abunch of hypocites! To them it's ok for a young girl to dress like & imitate her favorite star (which is usually very revealing & provocative) but not right for them to get in touch with a natural instinct of mothering.

My nephew breastfeeds the doll I use for babywearing demo all the times, he does this because he sees his mom b/feeding his brother, it's as natural as that!

  • I'd like my daughter to have this doll, she's mimicking our nursing when she hands me her doll and signs milk.

  • My daughters have grown up seeing breastfeeding as normal, simple and natural. They're confused to see babies being fed with bottles. There's no way to explain to a young girl WHY some families choose to feed their babies formula instead of mother's milk (though they do feel terribly bad that some simply can't when they'd like to), but when technology produced dolls that can suckle a bottle, suddenly they wanted one- I am elated that there is a more appropriate option that reflects our values!

  • If this doll promotes teen pregnancy then any doll promotes teen pregnancy.

  • How many sane people actually watch Faux Noise? Their opinion should never count or listened to.

  • I want this doll for my daughter

  • Breastfeeding is NORMAL! Nasty old bottles are not!

  • This is a great doll!! I still teach my children that nursing will be the best for their babies. I only had baby bottles as toys for the children because they came with the dolls I purchased for them.

  • I really hate how many people think there is something wrong with a doll designed to be fed the way nature intended! Seriously people need to grow up!

  • Breastfeeding is disrupted if primates have not seen breastfeeding. It is important to see it to be successful. This is a public health issue! All people should support this. Is it really better for our kids to practice bottle feeding? It's like practicing feeding McDonald's vs veggies!

  • Children of all ages are much better off growing up around the normal feeding of human babies ~ both real and at play. Kudos to you, Breast Milk Baby, for giving another option and outlet for this creative, gentle, imagination.

  • I feel really bad for all of these little ones that are growing up with ideas like, breasts are only sexual or breastfeeding should be done in private only. We have a lot of work to do as supporters to make sure that the information is available. I feel like I do a little bit of help every time I nurse in public!

  • This is ridiculous. Having a baby doll with a bottle is ok and people say oh that's so cute. I think this doll will discourage teen pregnancy beause it is teaching girls that their breasts aren't just for sex. It helps them learn about their body and understand the point behind breasts.

  • I love that doll

  • Still loving this doll!!

  • So cool

  • haha

  • I love this doll and so do my children. My son likes it the most. As for gender stereo types....men can't give birth to a baby or nurse one, but my son still pretends to. Not because I showed him how but because it is NORMAL in our house. I think it is sad when all an opposer has on their side is foul language and ignorant views. Quick...bad ALL baby dolls....and any other toy for that matter.

  • I could give a shit about people breast feeding their children, but it's SUPER FUCKED UP to create this piece of shit doll. Let a child be a child, instead of forcing gender stereotypes upon them. Young girls shouldn't have to think about being a mother when they're not even old enough to get pregnant.

  • @lesaubergines I'm curious to know how you think a breastfeeding doll forces gender stereotypes of little girls. Fact: woman have breasts which were made to nurture our young. This isn't a stereotype its a fact based on gender. Whether or not you want to be a mother or not is definitely a personal choice, but children mimic adults and that is how they learn about the world around them. It's good to teach them how mammals feed their children, its part of life.

  • Breast milk IS the best milk!

  • Breast milk is the best milk!

  • Again, dolls don't get teenagers pregnant. Teenagers who have unprotected sex get teenagers pregnant. I can almost, almost forgive a man who thinks of breasts as sexual, but is willing to learn that they are for breastfeeding first and are a bonus in the sexual sense. But, I cannot get over a Woman who is so uneducated about her OWN body or so brainwashed by society to think that breasts are purely sexual. I cannot stand that ignorant argument when it comes to the breast milk baby doll.

  • I think this doll is charming I would get it for my children.

    beepah

  • I so glad that the community of friends I have support me even when we differ in opinions. I love this doll and I can't understand how some on could be perverted enough to suggest it is sexual. That is scary to me.

  • These types of fear based thinking is crazy! I love the idea and the idea that girls will be raised to think this is the norm and not bottles! We need to start normalizing breast feeding and not listen to people who think this is gross or promotes having babies! Little girls have always played with dolls!

  • I can't believe that anyone would get into such an uproar about a baby doll that shows children how they're meant to be fed, rather than glamorizing being a mom with a bottle.

  • I definitely remember putting a baby doll under my shirt to feed it when I was a little girl. Children mimic their parents with or without special materials that help them do so! I would definitely buy one of these for my daughter.

  • This a fantastic way of promoting the natural process of feeding a baby, more people need to become aware of how important it is to give your baby breast milk and why not encourage all children to see that it is a natural thing???

  • Enter the competition to win your own breastmilk baby. Join the facebook page. :)

  • Any word from Bill the moron yet? He likely won't because he knows he's WRONG.

  • Impresionantemente bueno!!!! Thumbs up para vosotros!!!

  • Oh my good, the Breast is more dangerous than an AK47; cut off the breast to all the women, an put two AK47 in. That has been done by Lady GaGa.

That means that O'Reilly likes Lady GaGa.

  • I have a daugther, and this controversy opened my eyes to something that I never took the time to think about before. I'm gonna buy baby dolls like these ones instead of those which come with a feeding bottle.

  • ¡Enorme, que grande! Me alegro de que haya sido una empresa española la que les haya puesto en ridiculo a estos fascistas :)

  • I LOVE THIS!!!!!!

  • I breastfed my baby til he was 3yrs old! Take that Bill OMG'Rielly. I like the doll.

If girls in Louisiana had learned to breast feed early on, perhaps when Katrina struck, there wouldn't have been starving babies of young mothers from lack of "FORMULA"!!!! So much for learning the right message Bill. How stupid you are Bill! Lets teach girls to bottle feed so their babies can starve during a serious crisis! Yeah that's the right message moron!

  • Look at the crazy smirk on that 'man's' face...the one sitting next to the lady who is saying all the crap about THIS doll "forcing little girls to grow up" and "promoting teen pregnancy" How do adults grow up so ignorant???

  • I think this is the best doll ever. With all the prostitute dolls now-a days that teach children to look like hores. This one actually teaches them that breastfeeding is normal and healthy. It does not promote children to have children young, if that was the case then all the bottle feeding dolls would be doing the same thing?! America has a big issue with breastfeeding because it has to do with the breast. Breastfeeding is natural and heathly for babies, breast IS best. I will be buying 2!

  • ummm why is a breastfeeding baby necessary though. i mean why does a 4 year old need to simulate that. it's inappropriate really. why can't they just mess around with dolls without going into that. it's not something that needs to be taught ok. believe me if they decide to have babies their going to learn it naturally, worry about teaching kids maths and sciences not something that every animal in nature knows how to accomplish

  • @ikaEr32 Unfortunately a lot of women don't know how to breastfeed, and even if they have the best intentions to breastfeed their efforts are sabatoged by greedy formula companies who will do anything they can to get you to buy their formula, and yes, that even included offering a breastfeeding "help" line, as if a formula company really wants to help you breastfeed. So why not start off young, by showing little girls how normal and natural breastfeeding is?

  • @ikaEr32 Why do dolls come with bottles then? Why do girls need to learn that?

  • I am all for promoting breastfeeding, but there are other ways to teach young children rather than bringing peoples attention to a 4 yr olds chest. My girls pretend to breastfeed their babies, they do it because they see me doing it. Children learn by example, and mimic what they see...they dont need a special haltertop to show them where their nipples are, I just think it is inappropriate.

  • I love the baby that let's go just long enough to laugh! That is soooo cute!!! My LO does that ALL the time! We giggle and laugh and have our quiet play time before she drifts off to sleep or as she's waking up in the morning. Her bright eyes and smiles are the first thing that greets me in the morning. I get cuddles and giggles to bright my day that's better than coffee!! It's awesome!

  • I like the video. It is a little on the strange, extreme side and I do understand why. Bill O'Reilly is extremely crazy along with those other two crazy colleagues. I would love to see him be fair and balanced, especially on such an important subject. I loved the presentations of the benefits at the end. The Sarah Palin part was a little too much, though right on. Way to go...still want one of these for my little girl, but they are way too expensive for my budget!

  • What are people so afraid of??? 1...ANY doll glamorises having a baby. 2...it doesn't force a girl to grow up or promote teen pregnancy....BRATZ and MTV...all the fake breasted porn stars\slutty actresses etc do that just fine. 3....If any doll is ok....then this doll is too. 4...BOTTLES that come with dolls is just normalising and promoting a way to feed babies that is RISKY for their health. 5...America needs to lose their intolerance of breastfeeding...for babies sake.

  • @sarahsclips This is what Im talking about! These dolls are the same as regular dolls, there is an uproar because American society unlike European/Spanish society, looks at breastfeeding as disgusting because they pervert the breasts to be used only for sexual gratification, when the TRUE purpose of breast IS TO feed our offspring! You said what I was thinking. Thumbs up!
