This interview is very useful because it directly address school situations. However, playing the Google devil's advocate re the permission criterion in searching for pictures (2:04 - 2:54): Google already offers the possibility to use this criterion in advanced search. OK, it would be easier if it were among the filters on the left, as Lessig advocates, but shouldn't exploring advanced search be part of education?

True that the other devil he mentions does not offer this criterion, though.
