It's funny to me to watch people's play style - you can tell how cocky (or at least happy with how his game is going) the guy on the left is - by the way he's snapping his cards, tapping spells that he casts and his exaggerated gestures.

In short, he's showing off.

I'm sure it's annoying to sit across the table from that.

He is not happy and annoying, he was playing a final of a league with a Black Lotus against a very bad match up like fish. He had tons of nerves and was so tired, he usually don't play like that, he plays more relaxed

You could be correct, as I do not know how he plays in other games.

In my defense, many of the higher level players at Gencon play that way when they are doing well, and are cocky, so that is where I was coming from.
