Guys, guys, please! ALL pony is good pony! It's ok to have a fabourite, but saying one generation is "right", and that all the others are "wrong" is just stupid. All generations have their good points and their bad points, it's simply a matter if taste if you like one more than the rest. Personally, I love them all!

FiM will always be the best, unbeatable generation but I've watched the first two gen shows and they weren't as bad as I thought they'd be. This gen and 3.5 however I'll never be able to watch all the way through. The ponies have no personality or development and the content is so preschool-ish and girl-targeted it's actually kinda offensive, even the tree trunks are pink and purple wtf?

Wysteria and Pinkie Pie, two fully grown ponies, easily fall down this hole they dug, (Why it leads to a giant underground cavern is a question in itself, but if I were to pick apart all the logical problems in this movie, I'd be here all day). The fact that she has rainbow hair proves nothing. She has shown no overt attraction to mares or stallions. In fact, with the exception of Rarity with Blueblood, none of the Mane 6 have. That being said though, if she did turn out to be a lesbian, I would not be opposed, and it could make for good drama, if handled well. @pmcollectorboy Part of the reason is that it doesn't feel like a My Little Pony show at all, which may not be what everybody is looking for, but it gave me that feeling of watching the old 90s Saturday morning cartoons all over again. It feels like a cartoon first, a My Little Pony show second, and a toy commercial dead last. That's not to say that the other versions don't have a right to be enjoyed.

Yes, the animation is so much better, which is why the characters keep changing sizes, their facial expressions barely change over the course of the entire movie, their runs cycles look incredibly awkward, the backgrounds are static, there is an overabundance of pink and the camera angles are uninspired.
