  • haha i was there my dad is guy iversen

  • great attorney.

  • LEGALIZE

  • He went though *all* the legal bs, and look where he is! He worked with the system and look what the system has done to him!!!

The DEA should be sued for how they treated a man who did everything to say within the letter of the law. They treated him like some kind of shird world Warlord!

  • Thank you reason TV for all you have done for me.

    Charles C. Lynch

  • @charlesclynch

Stop being a little bitch and go do your piddly year in prison, actually it will only be about 9 months. I'm sure you've made a handsome amount of money in your weed business, now pay the piper.

If you can't stomach the consequences, then stay out of the game. oh, yes it is a game.

    Fag.

  • I'd say this is truely outrageous. He should have never been found guilty. He's not a criminal, and he is therefore not the kind of person you should want to see in prison. It's a waste of money, time and it ruins Lynch's life and makes the lives of the people he sold medicine to. I hope that the changes in policy by Obama that I've heard about, will help his case in some way.

  • thats what happens when they keep increasing law enforcement for isolated incidents. they have nothing better to do than to fuck with medical doctors, its time to end this dumb war on productive nonviolent, inteligent group of people.

  • There is something very un-norml going on in here. I hope he will go free, but he won't from the drug war's long reach. I think it is all about money & greed / control of teritories. How many patients a month does this dispensary serve? How many square miles do they cover?Everybody want's a piece of that action uncle sam included.

  • he was a pharmacist, you cockeater

  • this is true. did you know that the feds took over 1 billion dollars in cash and assets from clubs that would have gone to the state as tax money. that would of helped us get out of debt

  • @2tallbrandon

    Where'd you get that statistic?

You say it as if it's a fact.

If you think even 2% of that money would have gone to the state, you're a moron.

Why do you care about the "debt" anyway.

    another pro-weed retard

  • @ManDude5000 How about the fact that everything I said has come out of the mouth of senator Lee's aids that have been helping me with starting a state regulated system for that last 2 years. Don't be such an ass, you just look stupid.

  • @2tallbrandon

oh, second-hand info received from an "aid" spouted as fact.

So you're spearheading an effort to establish a regulated statewide system that will conflict with federal law and never be implemented. wow, very impressive. you homos keep dreaming, while the rest of us work real jobs.

    a billion dollars!, LOL.

  • @ManDude5000 You mean like the medical systems that 10+ states have? yeah, I think its a more viable use of my energy then arguing a point that you know nothing about on youtube with someone that is as involved as I am. Just last week from 1 club DEA seized 400,000 cash, and another 350,000 in products. This is ONE club. think about how many the DEA has raided since 1995 in CA alone. Try asking the DEA your self for the current #'s, and don't be such a douche, you will get farther in life.

  • @ManDude5000 And by the way, I work as an estimator/scheduler for a commercial contractor. Over 50 million in work this year has crossed our books. Not to mention that I am a care taker for 3 MMJ patients, and donate clones, trim, small bud, and time to my local CO-OP or nothing... Its not like I donate 10K a year to the 1199 foundation, and have for the last 3 years... Yeah I need a life. What were you doing at 24? living with mom? get a life Guy, dont be jealous I have something to fight for.

  • i agree 100%

  • If weed were made legal by the government to grow drug dealers lose out.We could grow it and not be ripped off anymore..I hope obama does something about this

  • @LetArtsLive

Why not make the drug dealers legitimate? What, you think people that sell good Kush are all evil gangbangers or something?

    Is Obama your hero?

you sound like a homo, and an idiot.

  • @ManDude5000 your just an asshole troll and illiterate and blocked fr!!!

  • @LetArtsLive

    What, no clever retort?

    reduced to name-calling?

you liberal faggots are so "hopeful" for "change"

illiterate how? do you even know what that means?

  • @ManDude5000 oyur videos speak for themselves you have some nerve calling names.Lets see you make a nice video people like troll!!!

  • And alcohol is legal Vicodin is legal and doesn't work like weed does...

  • This pisses me off so much...nobody ever got 100 years for weed ever. Its a waste of american tax dollars. How much did this shit cost the citizens of the usa?

  • In response to: kittyprydekissme

They were able to get away with not allowing medical marijuana to be mentioned because medical marijuana is illegal under federal law. This was a FEDERAL trial. Under federal law there is no such thing as medical marijuana.

Someone else mentioned it's up to the judge. In this case it's not up to the judge. The law is very simple, under federal law medical marijuana is illegal so in federal trials you can't use something that is illegal as a defense.

  • I still don't see how they were able to prevent the defence from even mentioning the state law and the fact that he was fully licenced. They excluded all significant defence evidence before the trial began. It looks like blatant grounds for a mistrial.

  • The judges can do whatever they want. There has been trials where the judge did not allow the constitution to be brought up. Yes the constitution supposed to be the highest law in the land was not allowed in courts.

From my experience most government employees are drunk with power and we all know power corrupts. When you put those 2 together they are drunk and corrupt.

  • It's just a bit of POT! Jesus fucking Christ.

  • OBAMA IS AN ILLEGAL ALIEN!!!!!!

  • @Mrcharliebobo

he is definitely not a citizen.

  • I hope they use their brains and decide to let him go.

  • Thanks for the update on the case (the major news channels don't seem to cover these types of stories in depth..)

Good luck and I hope he is set free.

  • This is why the DEA when conducting raids on MMJ dispensaries, just robs the place blind and charges no one. That way they can cite the fact that it is an on-going investigation so they do not have to return private property and they do not have the media attention of a high-profile court case that may result in a court precedent where MMJ become legal.

I hate how these bureaucracies work, but I am preaching the the choir.

  • It is terrible what is being done to this man!

  • ALSO watch Professor James Duane, about not talking to the cops, ever.

  • Bureaucrats love paperwork and a paper trail. When dealing with the government for anything always and I mean always, take the names of the people you talk to and the time and date which you made the calls. Also ask them if its all right to record the conversation, and even if they say no record the conversation anyway. Charlie Lynch couldve avoided this whole thing if he had just recorded the conversations with the public officials with whom he talked to.

  • Does anyone find it ironic that his last name is Lynch and he was basically lynched by state officials who were against the state law and took it to the feds to try to get what sounds like a good man who followed state law to the letter in trouble?

  • We need to overthrow the government if he gets sent to jail. The law clearly does not serve the people anymore

  • This is more about Lynch's freedom than MJ distribution. Hands down, freedom's deserved. He was challenged unfairly.

What needs focus and change are the contradicting laws. Lynch was sideswiped by govt intervention while his intentions were given the greenlight by another authority.

Jailing Lynch shouldn't even be an idea. The powers that be never communicate.

  • Good Luck Charles Lynch!
