Which version of GuitarFreaks is this from? :)
It sounds different to the version of Black Sheep in the 11th mix, which is the one I play, especially after 1:08.

The vocalist for the GuitarFreaks and drummania cover is Thomas Howard Lichtenstein, who also sang Silent Hill from DDR 3rdMIX.
